The G 7783 is a special laboratory washer, frontal loading, for perfect cleaning, neutralisation, rinsing with tap water or AD (Aqua destiallata) water = purest water as deionised water, H2O pure, deminaralized water, Aqua purificata or destilled water in application-specifically adecuate quality. At the end of the automatic program process, the laboratory glass is taken in analytically pure condition. The electronics allows different temperatures for the cleaning and rinsing phase. The ideal temperature for cleaning is T1 85°C and for rinsing T2 70°C. By the program "B" SPECIAL the device can be operated with thermal desinfection at 93°C with corresponding residence times. The German health authority, Berlin, has taken the instruments desinfection in washer automats with the desinfection parameters 93°C, 10 min residence time with registration of scopes A+B under the category 3.2.4 of the list according to § 10c BSeuchG (Federal Communicable Diseases Act). (Reduction by ~107 resp. reduction factor 7)The scopes are defined as follows: A = suitable for killing of vegetatively bacterial nucleus incl. mycosis bacteria as well as fungus incl. fungal spores. B = suitable for inactivation of virus (inschl. HBV and HIV). The program "B" SPECIAL works with parameters 93°C -10´ holding time. The device is not allowed to be used for the preparation/desinfection of medical products according to medical products law 93/42/EWG, class IIa.
