Shipping and Charges


Nature of Service

The products of this shop are only sold to appropriate authorities and entitled companies.



Our prices are strictly net, plus VAT.



Within 30 days from invoice date without deduction, or within 14 days with 2% cash discount.


Validity of Prices

Prices are subject to change.



Orders up to a net value of 50,00 Euro are subject to an extra charge of 10 Euro for small quantities. Within Germany we charge 7,50 Euro (plus VAT) for shipping and handling. If packages are very heavy and/or outsized or must be sent abroad, we charge accordingly. From a net value of 1,000 Euro we deliver free of charges (freight paid), except for Prionics/forensiX products and large equipment.

Existing agreements remain unaffected.

For shipments to Austria up to 31,5kg we charge 18,00€ for postage and packaging. For shipments to Switzerland up to 31,5kg we charge 25,00€ for postage and packaging. From 34,5kg on and/or for bulky goods we charge according to expenses.


Delivery Time

Generally available from stock.



Metric specifications for textiles, overshoes, special prints etc. are only approximate values. Dimensions of bags can vary up to 5%.


Reservation of Proprietary Rights

Up to complete payment, the supplied goods remain our property.


Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the goods. You must inform us in written form, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, of your decision to cancel your order. When you receive the goods purchased within this 14 days, you can also cancel the contract by sending back the goods. The 14 days cancellation period starts after your receipt of this instruction, but not until you received the goods (for recurring deliveries, of similar goods, not until the entry of the first partial delivery), as well as not until we fulfilled our duty to inform according to Article 246 (2) in conjunction with the first and second sentence of Article 246 (1) EGBGB plus our duties according to the first sentence of Paragraph 312g (1) in conjunction with Article 246 (3) EGBGB.
