The products of this shop are only sold to
appropriate authorities and entitled companies.
Prices
Our prices are strictly net, plus VAT.
Payment
Within 30 days from invoice date without deduction,
or within 14 days with 2% cash discount.
Validity of Prices
Prices are subject to change.
Consignment
Orders up to a net value of 50 Euro are subject to
an extra charge of 10 Euro for small quantities. Within Germany we
charge 8.50 Euro (plus VAT) for shipping and handling. If packages are very
heavy and/or outsized or have to be sent abroad, we charge accordingly. From a
net value of 1000 Euro we deliver free of carriage charges, except for
Prionics/forensiX products and large equipment.
Existing agreements remain unaffected.
Delivery Time
Generally available from stock. For the exact delivery dates, please refer to the order confirmation, which you will receive separately.
Specifications
Metric specifications for textiles, overshoes,
special prints etc. are only approximate values. Dimensions of bags can vary up
to 5%.
Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Up to complete payment, the supplied goods remain
our property.
Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14
days beginning with the day you receive the goods. You must inform us in
written form, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail, of your decision to cancel your
order. When you receive the goods purchased within this 14 days, you can also
cancel the contract by sending back the goods. The 14 days cancellation period
starts after your receipt of this instruction, but not until you received the
goods (for recurring deliveries, of similar goods, not until the entry of the
first partial delivery), as well as not until we fulfilled our duty to inform
according to Article 246 (2) in conjunction with the first and second sentence
of Article 246 (1) EGBGB plus our duties according to the first sentence of Paragraph
312g (1) in conjunction with Article 246 (3) EGBGB.
